Job summary

Norse Care is recruiting a Care Support Worker for Westfields in Swaffham, offering nights at £14.06 per hour plus enhancements. You will work 31.5 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours and the chance to undertake fully funded accredited courses.

As part of a friendly, inclusive team you will assist with personal care, promote independence and dignity, respond to call bells, and help create a safe, engaging environment for service users.

A Day In The Life

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
