Norse Care is recruiting a Care Support Worker for Cranmer House in Fakenham to help our service users with personal care, promote independence, and contribute to a safe, engaging environment. You will join a supportive team and provide compassionate, person-centered care during night shifts.

The role offers a pathway for accredited training, career progression, and a supportive rewards package. Sponsorship is not available at this time; weekend enhancements apply where relevant.

Care Support Worker – Fakenham

£14.06 per hour (Nights) + enhancements

31.8 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

Cranmer House is our residential care home in Fakenham, West Norfolk. The home provides short-term and full-time residential care and support.
