Norse Care's Westfields in Swaffham is hiring a Care Support Worker to provide person-centred support and personal care to service users. The role is 31.5 hours per week with night shifts and enhancements to reflect demand and pride in delivering quality care.

You will work as part of a friendly team, promoting independence and dignity, responding to call bells and emergencies, and contributing to wellbeing activities in a safe, engaging environment.
