Lifeways is looking for caring, reliable support workers to join our team at Keys Hill Park in Wroxham near Norwich. You'll help adults with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, physical disabilities or mental health needs to live more independently and participate in daily activities.

Full training is provided and a supportive team environment.We offer flexible shift patterns including day and night shifts, a generous benefits package, and opportunities for progression.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll be supporting adults with:

• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Acquired brain injuries
• Physical disabilities
• Mental health needs

Every person we support is unique, meaning no two days are ever the same. You could be helping someone develop life skills, attend social activities, build confidence within their community, pursue hobbies, manage daily routines, or achieve personal goals.

Shift Patterns Available

We offer a variety of flexible shift patterns:

Full-Time, Part-Time and Sessional Opportunities Available

Day Shifts

• 7:45am to 3:00pm
• 9:45am to 4:00pm
• 1:45pm to 8:00pm
• 2:45pm to 10:00pm
• 7:45am to 10:00pm
• 9:45am to 10:00pm

Night Shifts

• 10:00pm to 8:00am (Monday to Friday)
• 8:00pm to 8:00am (Saturday and Sunday)

Sleep-in shifts may also be required as part of the role.
