Lifeways Group is seeking a dedicated Care Support Worker for Portway House in Stafford. This full-time Wake Nights role offers 37.5 hours per week, with a Bank Sessional (0 hours) option, located in Stafford town centre.

You will help people live life their way, supporting independence, personal goals and community involvement. No previous care experience is required; we provide training, funded Health & Social Care qualifications, and clear progression opportunities to build a rewarding

Shift Patterns

• Early Shift: 7:00am to 2:30pm
• Late Shift: 2:30pm to 10:00pm
• Long Day: 7:00am to 10:00pm
• Wake Night: 10:00pm to 8:00am
• Sleep-In: 10:00pm to 7:00am
