Job summary

Altogether Care Llp is seeking Care and Support Workers to assist clients at home across Bath and surroundings. You will travel to visit clients, provide personal, physical and emotional care, and support independence on a day-to-day basis.

Competitive hourly pay (£13.80–£14.30) and permanent contracts are offered, with full or part-time shifts including weekend work, induction and ongoing training, plus mileage allowances and wellbeing perks.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle are required.
• Willingness to travel across Bath area to provide care.
• Strong empathy, reliability and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support people at home to live as independently as possible.
• Provide personal, physical and emotional care.
• Perform daily tasks and accompany appointments.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals.
• Record and report care activities using mobile technology.
• Follow Altogether Care’s values and safety practices.
• Travel to client sites to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
