Lifeways in Harwich is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. You will work full-time across varied shifts (07:30–15:00, 15:00–22:00, 22:00–08:00) to support people in living independent lives.

We offer full training and development opportunities; you’ll help people with complex needs and support them to stay active and engaged in their homes and communities.

• Full-Time
• Typical shifts: 07:30am–3:00pm , 3:00pm–10:00pm, 10:00pm–8:00am
• Support is provided 7 days a week, including weekends and we ask that everyone is fully flexible to the needs of the service.
