Job summary

Norse Care is seeking a Care Support Worker at St Nicholas House in Dereham. You will assist with personal care, support service users in line with person-centred care plans, and help promote their independence and dignity.

You will work as part of a team, build relationships with service users, and participate in wellbeing events and activities to create a safe, engaging environment. Responding promptly to call bells and emergencies and communicating with medical professionals as required, you

Job description

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan. Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment. Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About St Nicholas House: St Nicholas House is our residential care home in Dereham, West Norfolk.
