Lifeways Brentwood is hiring a Support Worker to help individuals live more independent lives in their homes and communities. The role offers full training, ongoing support and genuine progression opportunities within a rota-based schedule.

You’ll assist with personal care, daily activities, and social engagement to make a real difference every day. Shifts include a mix of early, late and night hours, with full training and career development provided.

Support Worker – Brentwood
Salary:£12.71 per hour

Contract - Full time 37.5 hours per week

Hours:a mix of 08:00-22:00, 08:00-16:00,22:00-08:00sleep in's some night work may be required

Please note:You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts.

Driving Licence required for some services

Support is tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping them live more independently in their homes and communities.
