We are currently recruiting Care Support Staff to work in Specialist SEND Post 16 students across Newcastle, North Tyneside, and Northumberland.
These schools are looking for people with experience in the care sector who are interested in utilising their skills within special needs education. This particular school caters to students aged from primary, secondary, and post 16 with varying levels of special needs, working one-to-one as well as supporting a class of students. As a Care Support Worker, you will develop students' sensory development, motor skills, work alongside their care plans, teach vocabulary, develop speech and language, and assist in creative lessons such as art, cooking, music, and dance.
