Support Worker Vacancies - Burnrigg Court Residential Home, Carlisle
Location(s): Burnrigg Court Residential Home, Carlisle
Hourly Rate: £13.05 per hour (£13.55 per hour)
A market supplement of £0.50p per hour is also attached to this role and is included in the advertised hourly rate. This will be applied to both your basic salary and to any additional hours.
The advertised salary includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post. JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and /or working conditions of the role.
Available Hours: We have a number of opportunities available to join our team, with hours ranging from 0 - 29.25 hours per week both days and night shifts.
Contract: Permanent

About Residential Care
Help older adults live their life how they choose and enjoy their later years. Support people to stay active and healthy by encouraging good nutrition and promoting fitness and mobility, as well as supporting emotional wellness.
About The Role
As a Support Worker (Carer, Care Worker, Care Assistant) you will get the opportunity to know people individually and support their wellbeing through physical and emotional care. You may also assist with medication, providing personal care, and encouraging our people to achieve or maintain independence.
No experience or qualifications are needed to get started. We will help and support you with fully paid training and development - we are looking for the right people, with the right qualities.
