Job description

As a Care Support Worker, you are responsible for providing high quality and enabling care. To help vulnerable individuals with daily tasks and activities, promoting their independence and well-being. Every day brings new challenges and rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support with daily tasks i.e. washing, dressing, toileting, etc.
2. Providing physical, emotional, and social support to people who need assistance.
3. Providing support with household tasks i.e. laundry, meal preparation, etc.
4. Provide companionship and a listening ear to someone who depends on you.
5. Supporting individuals to participate in social activities and access community resources.
6. Supporting independence by encouraging individuals to develop and maintain skills and routines that promote independence.
7. Support with mobility and medication prompts.
