Job summary

Peabody is seeking a caring Care Support Worker to help people live independently and feel valued. You will provide practical and emotional support, helping clients build confidence, stay connected with their communities, and pursue what matters most in their lives.

This 24/7 role requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. A satisfactory DBS check is required, and while prior care experience is welcome, your attitude, compassion, and willingness to learn matter most.

What You Need To Know

• This is a 24/7 service, so flexibility is essential, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and waking nights.
• A satisfactory DBS check is required.
• Previous care experience is welcome but not essential. We value your attitude, compassion, and willingness to learn above all else.
