Job summary

Peabody is hiring a Care Support Worker (Female Only) in Clacton On Sea to help women live independently and reach their goals. You will support daily living and personal care, building confidence and promoting wellbeing as part of a supportive team.

The role requires a full UK manual driving licence, strong communication skills, and a caring, reliable approach. Training is provided with opportunities for development and flexible shifts across 7 days.

• Working flexibly across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins/overnight shifts

What you'll need

• A caring, positive, and reliable approach
• A full UK manual driving licence (essential)
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided
