Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a Care Support Worker for Birch Tree Place in Bartley Green. You will help people live independently, support daily living, personal care, and accompany them to activities and events in the community.

No prior care experience is required; full training is provided. We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals who communicate well and are eager to learn, with flexible availability for day and night shifts.

Birch Tree Place is a welcoming supported living service located in the heart of Bartley Green, supporting people to live independent, active, and rewarding lives.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Care Support Worker, you'll help people live independently and confidently while encouraging them to get the most out of life.

Your role may include:

• Supporting people within their own homes

No Experience? No Problem.

You don't need previous experience in social care to join Lifeways.

Available Opportunities

Full-Time Nights

36 Hours Per Week 10:00pm - 7:00am Four shifts per week

Full-Time Days

37.5 Hours Per Week

Shift patterns include:

• 7:00am - 2:30pm
• 2:30pm - 10:00pm
• Long day shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm

Flexibility to work weekends is required.
