Lifeways in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a caring team delivering person-centred support in the local community. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offers a real opportunity to help people live independently with dignity and support.

You will assist with daily routines, encourage activities, monitor wellbeing, and keep clear records. No prior care experience is required—full training and ongoing support are provided to help you grow and succeed in a rewarding

Shifts: 8am-11pm+sleep 2 days per week + 10am - 6pm 1 per week

Pay: £12.71 per hour
