Job summary

McCarthy & Stone Ltd is seeking a Care Assistant at Watson Place, Chipping Norton. This on-site, part-time role offers 20 hours per week with an hourly rate of £14.12–£15.42. You will support residents with daily tasks, wellbeing activities and independence while working closely with a friendly on-site team.

Fully paid training and a pension plan are available, along with employee assistance and staff discounts. Sponsorship is not available for UK-based applicants.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in UK health and social care
• Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care is preferred but not essential
• Caring, dependable and passionate about supporting older adults

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred,
• Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
• Personality: Caring, dependable , and passionate about supporting older adults
• Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.
