Job summary

McCarthy & Stone Ltd in Hanham, Bristol is seeking a Part-time Care Assistant to support residents in one location, with 12 hours per week at £13.70 per hour. This role requires a caring, dependable approach and on-site presence to help older adults maintain independence.

You’ll join a supportive team, receive fully funded training (Level 2 or 3 in Adult Care), a company pension, 24/7 wellbeing support, staff discounts, and access to guest suites.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a UK health and social care role preferred.
• Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
