Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a Care Supervisor at Jacob Place in Saffron Walden. This part-time role (33.5 hours/week) focuses on leading the care team, coordinating resident plans, and supporting wellbeing while enabling residents to maintain independence.

Typical shifts run 4:15pm–9:00am with alternate weekends. Day rates are £15.24/hr and sleep-in nights £12.24/hr, plus weekend uplifts. A £500 welcome bonus is offered and benefits include training, holidays, and discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in care or support work preferred.
• Leadership experience in coordinating a team.
• Willingness to upskill and develop professionally.
