McCarthy Stone in Cottingham, East Yorkshire is seeking a dedicated Care Supervisor to support residents living independently in our welcoming community. You will oversee the Care and Support team, coordinate activities and uphold high standards of safety and quality care.

This permanent role offers 33.5 hours per week with a mix of day and evening shifts, including weekends, and pay rates of £15.24/hour on day shifts, with enhancements for nights and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support environments.
• Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification.
• Experience managing a team.
