You will oversee resident wellbeing, coordinate activities, ensure safety, and promote a warm, welcoming community. Training support includes Level 3 Health and Social Care qualifications; L2 holders can apply with progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care or support environment; Level 3 Health & Social Care preferred, Level 2 accepted with progression.
• Willingness to work day, evening and weekend shifts.
