Signature Senior Lifestyle in Weybridge is seeking a Care Supervisor to lead a small team of care assistants in a luxury care and nursing home.

You will organise shifts, conduct supervisions, review care plans, and ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care. Experience in care and NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care with a medication administration qualification are advantages. The role is full-time with 36 hours weekly and £15.45 per hour.

Formación

• Experience in care and supervising teams.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care preferred.
• A recognised medication administration qualification is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a small team of care assistants with regular supervisions.
• Organise the team, conduct one-to-ones and annual performance reviews.
• Monitor and review residents' care plans and ensure accurate progress records.
• Perform care duties with residents when required and support in emergencies.
