Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited is seeking a Care Supervisor for our Signature at Reigate Grange home. You will lead a small team of care assistants, supervise daily care plans and ensure high standards of resident care.

The role involves hands-on duties and a proactive approach to wellbeing and safety. You will monitor care plans, ensure accurate progress notes, and provide regular coaching and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings with team leadership.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care preferred, medication administration qualification advantageous.

Your role at Signature

Use your experience and leadership qualities to inspire and develop our team of care assistants, when you join Signature Senior Lifestyle as a Care Supervisor at our luxury care and nursing home in Reigate.

What you will do

Signature at Reigate Grange are holding weekly drop in sessions on Thursdays from 11am - 6pm. You can pop in at any time and meet our friendly team, there will be opportunities to have a look around our beautifulhome and speak to our teams about opportunities we have available. If you bring your updated CV you may be able to have an interview on the day!

As a Care Supervisor, you’ll be supporting and guiding a small team of care assistants, organising the team and leading by example. You’ll help them develop through regular supervisions, one to ones and annual performance reviews.

You’ll also be responsible for monitoring and reviewing residents care plans, ensuring they are adhered to by all team members. You’ll ensure residents’ daily progress is recorded and reported accurately. You’ll also be performing care assistant duties with residents as required.

You will keep a cool head and take the lead when staff or residents need help, such as in the event of an emergency.
