Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle in Weybridge seeks a Care Supervisor to lead and inspire a team of care assistants in a luxury care and nursing home. You will organize the team, coach through supervisions and annual reviews, and ensure adherence to residents' care plans.

You will monitor daily progress, report findings accurately, and perform care duties when required. A calm, proactive leader is essential to handle emergencies and maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is beneficial
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• A recognised medication administration qualification
