Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Care Supervisor for our luxury care and nursing home in Hertford. You will lead a small team of care assistants, guide them through supervisions, and ensure high standards of resident care.

You’ll monitor care plans, record daily progress, and perform care duties when needed. The role includes day and night shifts with alternate weekends, offering a rewarding leadership opportunity in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in care leadership is advantageous.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care preferred.
• Recognised medication administration qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a small team of care assistants.
• Monitor and review residents’ care plans and ensure adherence by staff.
• Record residents’ daily progress and report accurately.
• Perform care duties with residents when required and lead in emergencies.
