McCarthy & Stone are recruiting a professional Care Supervisor to join the team at Campbell House in Weybridge, Surrey. The role includes 33 hours per week with day and sleeping night shifts, and weekend premiums.
You’ll support management, oversee Care and Support teams, and help create a warm, secure community for residents. Experience in care or support and a Level 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred.

£16.78 per hour for day shifts and £13.03 SLEEPING night shifts per hour. Plus receive an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
33 per week (includes a mix of day shifts and sleeping night shifts).
Our Care Supervisors sleep between 23:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period.
Built in 2020, Campbell House is a Retirement Living Plus development that consists of 42 apartments with the over 70's in mind, providing excellent on-site facilities and set within beautiful grounds.
