Job summary

Bluebird Care Mansfield & Ashfield is seeking an experienced Care Supervisor to join our leadership team. You will lead a team of care professionals, ensure safe, compliant services and deliver the highest standard of person-centred care for our customers.

A Level 5 social care qualification (or willingness to work toward it), a full UK driving licence and the ability to work flexibly and on-call are essential.

Qualifications

• A social care qualification (Level 5 or willingness to work toward it).
• Experience in domiciliary and social care management.
• Great leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to work flexibly and manage on-call where needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe and high-quality delivery of our care services.
• Support your team through recruitment, induction and supervision.
• Ensure we’re compliant with regulatory regulations and our company standards.
• Monitor quality, manage risk, and drive improvements across your teams.
• Work closely with the Manager to meet KPIs and growth targets.
• Quality and compliance audits.
• Expert training and ongoing CPD opportunities.

Responsibilities
