Job summary

Bluebird Care North Hampshire & West Berkshire is seeking a Care Supervisor to start September/October at our Basingstoke office. The role involves supporting the team, coordinating care, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred services for our customers.

Office hours Monday to Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm with on-call duties roughly 1 in 8 weekends; salary £26,000–£27,000 per year plus on-call allowance £1,950 PA; must have full UK driving licence and Right to Work.

Qualifications

• You must be caring and compassionate towards people in need of care.
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Provide excellent customer service with a smile, being supportive and calm, you’ll be highly organised and enjoy communicating with your colleagues and customers.
• At least 2 years of experience working in domiciliary care; NVQ3 in health and social care is preferred.

• To ensure Bluebird Care provides safe, effective, high-quality care that is responsive to each customer’s needs and preferences.
• To ensure our services respect customers’ choices and always promote their dignity and privacy.
• Ensure all care plans are compliant, person-centered, and bespoke to the customer's needs and preferences.
• Complete new customer assessments and reviews on current customers.
• Support with coordination.
• Support with monitoring of care professionals and ensure compliance.
• Fulfill on-call duties of 1 in 8 weekends on average.

Requirements

• You must be caring and compassionate towards people in need of care and support those who require these services
• A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
• excellent IT skills
• Provide excellent customer service with a smile, being supportive and calm, you’ll be highly organised and enjoy communicating with your colleagues and customers.
• You must have at least 2 years of experience working in domiciliary care an NVQ3 in health and social care is preferred
