McCarthy Stone Ltd in Brackley is seeking a Care Supervisor to lead the Care & Support team at St Rumbolds Court. The role offers 33.5 hours per week with a daytime rate of £15.24 per hour and a sleep-in night rate of £12.24 per hour, plus supplements for sleep shifts and weekend uplifts.

You will supervise the resident care plans, coordinate wellbeing activities, and promote a warm, inclusive community for residents aged 70+.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support work (1+ year preferred).
• Level 3 Adult Health & Social Care (minimum Level 2 with upskilling).
• Leadership experience – supervising a team.
• Organised, compassionate and community-minded.

St Rumbolds Court is an elegant Retirement Living PLUS development, of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, home to a vibrant and friendly community for the over 70s. The estate has a communal lounge and also a restaurant serving meals every day.

A typical shiftstarts from 4.15pm and finish's at 9.00am and you will be working alternate weekends.

Our Care Supervisors sleep between 11:00pm and 07:00am providing only emergency support to our homeowners throughout that period.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, support, and motivate the Care & Support team

• + £1/hour weekend enhancement (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday)

About You:

• Experienced in care or support work (1+ year preferred)
• Level 3 Adult Health & Social Care (minimum of Level 2 Health and Social Care and willing to upskill)
• Leadership experience – You’ve supported or supervised a team
