Job summary

Think Care in Hertfordshire is looking for a Recruiter / Trainer to join our team. You’ll own the recruitment and onboarding journey for new care staff, including sourcing, interviewing and pre-employment checks, to ensure smooth onboarding and placement.

You’ll also deliver and support training, help new starters settle in, and support care staff and the wider team day-to-day in a hands-on environment. This role suits someone with care experience who is organised, practical and people-focused.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or care settings is preferred.
• Ability to manage onboarding and recruitment processes.
• Comfort with hands-on, practical roles in a busy care environment.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment and onboarding journey for new care staff.
• Interview and select candidates; manage pre-employment checks.
