Job summary

The Trees Short Breaks in Hinckley, operated by Leicestershire County Council, seeks a Care Services Team Leader on a 30-hour week fixed-term contract (12 months). You will supervise care delivery for adults with learning differences, ensure high-quality services, and mentor staff within a public sector framework.

You will work under the Council's standards, partake in training, and support journey progression while maintaining safeguarding and audit practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate commitment to high quality care and support.
• Experience in supervisory or managerial roles within social care.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and regulatory standards.
