Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Care Services Partner to lead the in-store care services pharmacy and provide a single point of contact for care home customers. You will work onsite, reporting to the store manager, and collaborate with local stakeholders to maintain exceptional service levels.

You will coordinate care services workload, support dispensing duties, and help sign up new business while working with around 40 care homes, GP surgeries and store teams to deliver outstanding care.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Pharmaceutical Science (or equivalent).
• Experience with problem solving in a healthcare environment with a focus on getting it right for your customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan the Care Services workload to ensure the team provides the best service.
• Partner with ~40 care homes, store teams and GP surgeries to deliver care and grow customers.
• Resolve queries and issues raised by care homes.
• Support dispensing duties including labelling, priming, preparing MARR sheets, ordering, dispensing, endorsing, checking prescriptions and collecting prescriptions.
• Work with the Regional Business Manager to be an ambassador for Boots and assist in signing up new business.
• Work across all parts of the pharmacy in the store, including the healthcare counter.
