Job summary

Leicestershire County Council is recruiting for a HART recruitment and quality management role based in Leicester. The post involves coordinating domiciliary care services, reablement and short-term crisis support to help people regain independence and manage hospital discharges.

The role requires working a 7am–10:30pm rolling rota, including weekends and bank holidays, with DBS enhanced clearance. Flexible working options may be discussed during recruitment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs A-C including English Language or equivalent.
• Experience in adult social care or customer service settings preferred.
• Ability to use ICT databases to record and retrieve information.

Responsibilities

• Operate with a rolling 365-day rota from 7am to 10:30pm including weekends and holidays.
• Provide high-quality customer service and guidance to service users.
• Identify and respond to urgent and sensitive enquiries with empathy.
