• Proven experience as Chef.
• Holder of a food hygiene certificate or equivalent.
• Financial acumen – you know your numbers as well as your favourite recipe.

• Design recipes that align with brand identity and kitchen capabilities.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation and taste, and manage inventory to minimise waste.
• Understand food and labour costs and work within a pricing strategy.
