Job summary

Careium AB in Blackburn is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor/Scheduler to join the Customer Service Operations team. In this fast-paced role you’ll coordinate technician visits, support onboarding for new clients, and ensure clear communication with adult social care teams.

You’ll manage inbound calls and emails, maintain accurate records, and work to meet KPIs and SLAs while delivering compassionate service that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in scheduling or coordination.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service or care environment is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage technician diaries for installations, repairs, and collections.
• Support onboarding of new customers under fully managed contracts.
• Handle inbound calls and emails, providing clear and compassionate support.
• Liaise with adult social care and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records across all systems, including account creation and updates.
• Work to meet KPIs and SLAs while promoting a positive client experience.
