Job summary

Turning Point Scotland is seeking a Care Record System Support Officer to provide day-to-day support for colleagues using electronic care record systems. The role involves investigating and resolving system queries, managing user accounts and permissions, and coaching staff to use the system confidently.

You will help create clear guidance, spot recurring issues, and work with teams or the system supplier to improve support processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with different levels of confidence to use digital systems, applications or business software.
• Curious and methodical when investigating problems, organized to see tasks through to completion, clear and patient when supporting colleagues, accurate when managing system access and information.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve system queries and issues; manage user accounts and permissions.
• Support and coach colleagues; create clear guidance to help people use the system confidently and consistently.
• Gather information and liaise with colleagues or suppliers to resolve recurring issues; identify better ways to support users.
