We are seeking a compassionate Care Professional to join our team in Kensington and Chelsea. As a Caregiver, you will help create an environment where our clients can live as independently as possible in their own homes with your support.

Responsibilities may include:

• Companionship
• Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping
• Meal preparation and light housework
• Building strong professional relationships
• Assisting with personal care and medications
• Supporting daily exercise

What does being a Caregiver involve?

• Minimum 2-hour visits
• Shadowing with a trained care professional before starting care
• Introductions to new clients
• Matching caregivers with clients based on hobbies and interests
• Providing continuity of care by visiting the same clients regularly
• Access to award-winning training
• Pay rates: Min £12.85 up to £14.20
• Holiday pay and bank holiday rates

Qualifications
