Flexible Working Hours - Care Assistant - Hackney, Clapton & Dalston (£13.50 - £14.50 an hour), London Borough of Hackney

This role is UK based, and the right to work in the UK must be established during the recruitment process. We are not sponsoring visa applications at this time.

We are seeking compassionate individuals who want to make a positive difference in our clients' lives in the London Borough of Hackney. Each client is unique, and the joy and comfort provided by our Care Professionals make this a rewarding job.

Responsibilities include:
  • Reflecting the core values of Home Instead
  • Contributing to a positive living environment to enhance clients' quality of life
  • Documenting daily activities and reporting significant changes
  • Maintaining communication with line managers and office staff
  • Providing companionship and social interaction
  • Assisting with home help tasks like meal prep and light housework
  • Accompanying clients to appointments, activities, or shopping
  • Supporting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Qualifications:
  • Willingness to travel to clients' homes
  • Must undergo a full DBS check
  • No formal care qualifications needed; training provided
  • Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or similar roles is a plus
