Home Instead East Nottingham is recruiting Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across East Nottingham and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate personal care, companionship, and practical help with daily routines in a flexible, community-focused role.

Training is provided, and you can work full-time or part-time with a minimum weekly availability. A minimum two days per week including anti-social hours is required. DBS costs may be reimbursed after probation.

Pay & Hours

• £13.50per hour (weekdays)
• Double pay on Bank Holidays
• Paid travel time between visits (£12.85 per hour)
• We offer very flexible scheduling rather than fixed set shifts. However, the following requirements apply:
• All Care Professionals must worka minimum of two days per week that include anti-social hours, meaning starting at6:45amor finishing at10:00pm.

We do not operate on strict shift blocks (e.g. 7am–3pm or 3pm–10pm). Instead, we build schedules around each Care Professional’s availability while ensuring service needs are met and the above requirements are fulfilled.

• We have very flexible weekly working hours, but candidates must provide aminimum availability of 10 hours per week, while still meeting our required conditions (minimum two days including anti-social hours and alternate weekends).
• The role initially operates on a0-hour contractduring the probationary period. After successfully completing probation, we are able to offer anaverage-hours contractbased on the hours you have consistently worked.
