Job summary

Home Instead Senior Care is recruiting Care Professionals in Charnwood, Leicestershire. Earn £13.00–£14.00 per hour as a part-time, permanent role with door-to-door mileage paid at 45p per mile and double pay on bank holidays.

Guaranteed hour contracts based on availability, travel time between client calls, and a supportive team environment with DBS reimbursement after 3 months.

Qualifications

• Based in Charnwood or surrounding areas, with own vehicle for travel to clients and Business Motor Insurance.
• Flexible and reliable.
• Willingness to undertake training provided.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients.
• Previous care experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate home care to clients in their own homes.
• Build strong relationships with clients and tailor care to individual needs.
• Follow care plans, monitor client well-being and report changes.
• Attend required training and team meetings.

Becoming a Care Professional with us:

Our Care Professional promise ensures you build great relationships with your clients helping you become an Exceptional Care Professional.

• Pay rates from £13.00- £14.00 per hour. With double pay on bank holidays!
• Door to door mileage paid at 45p per mile between clients homes.
• Guaranteed Hour Contracts Based on your availability.
• Scheduled travel time 15 minutes in between client calls
