Job summary

Home Instead in Charnwood South area seeks Care Professional – Morning & Evening Carers to join a friendly team. You’ll support older adults to live independently and safely at home, delivering compassionate, person‑centred care and building trusted relationships with clients and families.

No prior experience required as full training is provided; you’ll work flexible hours with mileage paid between visits and DBS processed after an initial period. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• A caring, compassionate and reliable nature.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and undertake training.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to older adults in their homes.

• Pay from £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
• Double pay on Bank Holidays
• 35p per mile paid from door to door
• Full training provided- no experience needed!
