Job summary

Prestige Nursing Ltd in Norwich is seeking a dynamic Care Planner (CPNORWICH) to support the Branch Manager in ensuring targets are met and quality standards are maintained. The role is based in Norwich with 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9-17, with some on-call or unsocial hours.

You will assist with rostering, client visits, recruitment, and ongoing development of branch operations in a fast-paced environment, contributing to sustainable growth and excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily client visits are covered
• Organise quality visits for field staff
• Liaise with Branch Nurses for assessments and training
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external users
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and social workers
• Ensure compliance with office systems and procedures
• Manage area coverage in collaboration with other planners
• Communicate client needs changes to frontline staff
• Maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
• Identify new business opportunities with Branch Manager
• Support cross-disciplinary teams to maximise client care
• Allocate frontline staff to meet client needs
• Prepare ad hoc reports
• Occasional travel to other branches/sites
