Achieve together Limited is looking for a Deputy Manager to join our operations team in a care setting. You will work alongside the Home Manager, developing care plans and leading the staff to deliver compassionate, person-centered support.

You will oversee rosters, risk assessments and recruitment, while motivating the team to create a safe, engaging and fulfilling environment for the people we support.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or Deputy Manager in care settings.
• Commitment to developing and supporting staff to deliver person-centered care.
• Ability to plan rosters, assess risks and support team development.

Responsibilities

• Develop support plans and risk assessments.
• Plan and manage rota and staffing.
• Participate in recruitment and staff development.
