Park Medical Practice is recruiting for three 12-month fixed-term Care Navigator and Receptionist posts, reporting to the Patient Services Manager. The core of the work is answering a high volume of calls, directing patients to the right service and booking appointments, while keeping records accurate.

Each post is part-time with hours set across Wednesday to Friday, so applicants must confirm they can work the stated days and hours before applying.
