Much Birch Surgery is seeking a friendly and capable receptionist to manage front-of-house duties, including appointments, registrations and general enquiries across face-to-face, phone and online channels. You will handle messages, maintain confidential records, and support clinical staff with efficient admin processes.

The role offers flexible full- or part-time hours, with cover for colleagues when needed. A strong NHS-focused environment and adherence to practice procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• GCSE level English or equivalent required.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail essential.
• Good organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strict adherence to confidentiality standards and data protection.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a professional, welcoming reception service to patients and visitors.
• Manage appointments, enquiries and registrations across in-person, phone and online channels.
• Take messages and pass them to clinical and administrative staff.
