Crystal Care Collection is seeking an experienced Care Manager in Heybridge, England to partner with the General Manager in leading a luxury care home. You’ll oversee care delivery, mentor the team and ensure high standards of safe, compassionate care with a focus on person-centred plans and regulatory compliance.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Formación

• Holds, or is working towards, an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Has previous leadership experience within a residential, nursing or healthcare setting.
• Demonstrates excellent knowledge of person-centred care and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support the General Manager with day-to-day leadership and operation of the home.
• Lead, motivate and develop the care team to deliver exceptional person-centred care.
• Monitor and evaluate care delivery, ensuring residents' needs are met through high-quality, individualised care plans.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Social Care legislation, CQC standards and company policies and procedures.
• Conduct supervisions, appraisals and performance management conversations to support colleague development.
• Recruitment support, induction and ongoing training to build and retain a high-performing team.
• Monitor staffing levels and support rota planning for safe and efficient service delivery.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external agencies.
