Job summary

Worcestershire County Council's Care Leavers Service in Pershore is seeking a Personal Advisor. You will manage a caseload of young people aged 17-25, providing practical, personal, emotional and financial advice to support a successful transition to independence and adulthood.

The role involves home and community visits, working with partner agencies, and hybrid working arrangements. Salary is £32,578 to £34,811 p.a., 37 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Manage and support an allocated caseload of care leavers aged 17-25.
• Provide practical, personal, emotional and financial advice to support independence.
• Develop Pathway Plans and liaise with partner agencies to promote safety and wellbeing.
