Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, cook and serve a variety of meals meeting dietary and cultural needs.
• Develop creative menus promoting healthy eating and variety.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the catering team and maintain high food safety standards.
• Manage catering budgets, stock ordering and rotation, ensure value for money and minimize waste.
• Ensure catering activities comply with policies, safety standards and legislation.
