Job summary

Wellbeing Care is seeking an HCA Team Leader for a care home in Lowestoft. You will lead the care team across day and night shifts, ensuring delivery of high-quality personal care and daily living support while maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have prior Senior HCA or Team Leader experience, strong leadership and communication skills, a compassionate approach, and good safeguarding knowledge. NVQ Health & Social Care (2/3) is desirable and may be helpful for progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior HCA or Team Leader.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A compassionate and professional approach.
• Good knowledge of safeguarding and care standards.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the care team during shifts.
