Job summary

Goodwins Hall Care Home in King's Lynn is seeking a Team Leader to guide the care team in delivering high-quality resident care. You will oversee daily care delivery, support staff development and ensure high standards of service within the home.

The role requires an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, strong leadership and communication skills, and a flexible shift pattern across Monday to Sunday. Athena Care Homes emphasises ongoing learning and progression, including funded apprenticeships

Qualifications

• A passion for care and leading a team to deliver high-quality care.
• Experience in a similar senior care position.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care required.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• Proven track record for leading, empowering and motivating a team.
